Meet the Provider

Dr. Kathleen Carr, DNP, MBA, APRN, CPNP-PC, FNP-C

Kathleen Carr is a dual-certified Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Her diverse background includes inpatient pediatric cardiology, pediatric primary care, pediatric gastroenterology, and occupational health. In addition to her clinical work, Kathleen is dedicated to advancing the nursing profession through her role as an educator for Family Nurse Practitioner students.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Boston College, her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

She is also a Certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, providing DOT medical certifications and occupational health services for commercial drivers and employers.

Kathleen has co-authored multiple journal publications and educational webinars and is a national speaker on the management of pediatric feeding disorders. She lives in North Andover with her husband, four children, and two dogs.
